The Secretary to the Government of Rivers State (SSG), Tammy Danagogo, has issued a strong warning to political opponents, cautioning them against mistaking Governor Siminalayi Fubara’s calm and peaceful demeanor for weakness.
Danagogo’s statement comes amid increasing criticism of the Fubara administration, particularly from the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, who has been vocal in his opposition to the governor’s leadership.
In response to Wike’s latest attacks—specifically regarding an invitation letter issued to lawmakers—Danagogo defended his role in the administration and accused critics of misrepresenting the facts.
