A prominent Kano APC chieftain, Abdulmajid Danbilki Commander, has openly criticized President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, claiming his administration’s policies have exacerbated economic hardship in Northern Nigeria.
In a viral TikTok video, Danbilki, a staunch supporter of former President Muhammadu Buhari, expressed concern over soaring food prices and declining living standards, warning that Tinubu’s policies could cost him support ahead of the 2027 elections.

Danbilki specifically pointed out that staple food prices have skyrocketed, with a bag of rice jumping from N26,000 under Buhari to N96,000 under Tinubu’s government.
