March 3, 2025, 12:00 PM: Paradang arrived at Joy House Hotel, Area 3 Junction, Abuja, driving a black Mercedes Benz. He checked in and paid N22,000 for a one-night stay.
After Check-In: Paradang instructed a hotel attendant to escort a female guest to his room. The woman left the hotel around 4:00 PM.
March 4, 2025, 4:00 AM: A concerned friend, who is a military officer, traced Paradang to the hotel. Upon entering his room, they found him deceased, seated in a chair.
Dismissing Kidnapping Claims
The police have dismissed rumors that Paradang was kidnapped and killed, emphasizing that there is no evidence to support such claims. Instead, they are treating the case as a sudden and unexplained death.
Investigation Underway
The Durumi Police Station was immediately notified, and officers secured the scene, took photographs, and collected evidence to preserve the integrity of the investigation. Paradang’s body has been transferred to the National Hospital for further examination, including an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
